Mr. Chang, a California License Architect and Building Contractor, graduated from the Chung - Yuan University, Taiwan with a Bachelor of Architecture and went on to obtain his Masters of Architecture in the United States from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Architecture and Urban Planning in 1987.
Currently Mr. Chang is a principal of Nucon Group, an architecture, construction and real estate development firm with its headquarters in Los Angeles, California.
Mr. Chang currently was one time member of Design Review Board for City of Monterey Park, between 2004 and 2006. Mr. Chang is the past President CACP, 2004-2005.
