Mr. Chen the president of MAA Engineering Concultant, Inc. has a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He is a professional licensed civil engineer, geotechnical engineer, and contractor.
Mr. Chen has over 40 yeas of practical experience in civil engineering, geotechnical engineer, construction and environmental management, general business administration & marketing, public relations in governmental , community, and private infrastructure development.
