Hank Y. Chang was born in the City of Taipei, Taiwan and graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He earned his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a major in Building Systems Design.
Mr. Chang founded HYC Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 1994. His company provides a complete range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering and design services including solar photovoltaic system design to promote energy savings. As a licensed California Contractor, he had done several construction projects including suermarkets, restaurants, offices, retails and warehouses. He is currently a Licensed Professional Engineer in the States of California, Nevada and Texas.
