Born in Panama, Lucia came to the U.S. over 30 years ago and studied at the University of Southern California. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Lucia is a licensed REALTOR® and consultant in real estate planning, development, sales and management. She specializes in resolving disputes in divorce, partnership dissolutions, 1031 exchange, REO, probate, conservatorship and short sales. In managing her clients investment portfolios, she assists in purchasing and selling of residential, income, commercial and industrial properties, business opportunities, and hotel/motels. She speaks Spanish, English, Cantonese and Toisanese fluently.
Lucia works along with local, state and federal elected officials and public agencies. She is currently 2009-2010 Chair of the Los Angeles County METRO Transportation Business Advisory Council, director of CALTRANS Small Business Advisory Council and Executive Officer of Chinese American Construction Professionals (CACP), Chinese Real Estate Professionals Association (CAREPA) and China Unity Association of Greater Los Angeles, USA.
A mother of four and volunteer in several nonprofit associations, Lucia devotes her time to her children and contributes immensely to the betterment of the Chinese community.
